The lead organization then develops individualized plans for effective sustainability providing solutions to support healthy relationships and lifestyle choices within the home and community.

After much research, The Alliance chose Apricot 360 a software using unrivaled technology developed by social workers to eliminate the burden of paperwork, keep the participants engaged and with advanced data and analytics empower us to develop innovative, intuitive solutions.
