Mr. Reed had an impressive 26 year business track record holding various executive leadership roles as Operations Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, General Manager and Director of Franchise for Beverages at PepsiCo.

In early 2012, Mr. Reed decided to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming an entrepreneur and purchased an Alphagraphics printing, marketing and signs franchise located in Irving, Texas. One of the first things he did was join the Greater Irving/Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce. Joining the 5 Star Chamber proved to be advantageous and allowed Mr. Reed to work and give back to the community. He served as the Vice Chairman for the Small Business Services Committee for the past 2.5 years before becoming the Chairman of the Greater Irving/Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce in October of 2020. During the past 10 years, his location has shown significant sales and profit growth. Mr. Reed has been recognized with several awards over the past few years starting with the “Best Printer in Irving” for 2015, 2016 and 2020 presented by the Greater Irving/Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce. In August of 2018, Mr. Reed and his team were recognized with the “Most Improved Business Center” award from Alphagraphics Corporate with a network of over 250 franchise locations. During the month of December 2019, Mr. Reed was recognized with the “Small Business of the Year” award presented by the Greater Irving/Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Reed truly enjoys the Irving/Las Colinas community as he lives, works and plays in Irving.Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Michelle Flores is the Executive Director of All Things Made New, member organization of The Alliance. She is a wife, mom to two precious girls, mentor, sister, and has a love for creativity.

With a degree in Education and Psychology from Dallas Baptist University, she used her education to work with young minds. She began her career serving others as a teacher in the Dallas area and in Irving ISD. She taught elementary aged students for many years, wrote curriculum for the district, and was a campus trainer for diversity. In 2012 she was called away to serve those students in a different form and started a new nonprofit, All Things Made New. Her passion and heart for young lives has never changed but she feels she is able to make a huge impact in their social emotional growth and support that motivates her to continue serving and advocating for this generation of middle and high school students as well as their families. For her, it is all about serving one at a time with everything we can to help them see that they matter and are worthy and purposed.

She has served on the board for Irving Women’s Network and is currently on the board of Irving Community Action Network. She sees the value of working and partnering with others in order to make a larger impact for the community. She currently is involved in the Women’s Auxiliary Board at Dallas Baptist University.

A self-described community activist, Sharon, who is the Founder and Executive Director of The Main Place, has been a tireless volunteer for more than a dozen organizations dating back more than thirty years. She founded The Main Place in 2009 after starting a grass roots effort in 2006 and remains an integral part as executive director and active volunteer. She considers it her ministry to the women and children without advocates, family or financial support and also to the poor and those in need.

She graduated from Dallas Fashion Merchandizing College (presently The Art Institute of Dallas) and taught modeling and finishing at Patricia Stevens in Dallas. Sharon worked as an International Sales Coordinator for an international freight forwarding company traveling extensively throughout the United States and the Orient. She became an entrepreneur in 1981, founding Ads & Images, Inc., a company that provides graphic design, print media, promotional items, and sales incentives.

Sharon is one of five women who comprise the Advocates for Homeless Teens acting as the mayor’s liaison for homelessness in 2009-2011. The Advocates are dedicated to educating the community about the invisible tragedy of homelessness and helping unaccompanied youth attend school and graduate. In 2003, she also helped co-found Irving Women's Network, a relational networking group and continues to serve on its board. She is former President of ICAN—a clearing house of information about the less fortunate of Irving and the resources available. Sharon recently co-founded Level Pathways, protecting, preparing and positioning homeless teens for their future and serves on the board of directors.

In 2013, Sharon was honored as one of the Exemplary Women of Irving and also named a Texas State Board of Education Hero for Children

Courtney joined The Alliance in 2022, contributing her expertise in social media and innovative growth strategies.

Residing in Irving for over 30 years, her devotion to the community fuels her active involvement with organizations including, Family Promise of Irving.

With a 20-year career in home furnishing sales, she blends her passion for people with creating inviting spaces.

Courtney's vibrant spirit extends to her love for travel, music, fine wines, and exploring antique shops, reflecting a multifaceted persona dedicated to community engagement and personal pursuits.

Genelle joined The Alliance board in 2024. She first experienced service as a member of the Methodist church in Nixon, TX. She always felt one of the messages to its members was to always “do good deeds” for people. She spent her middle school and high school years doing just that.

Genelle continued her service to middle and high school students as their teacher and counselor. After 46 years in public education, she retired and began her practice as a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Irving.

One of Genelle’s fondest memories was a lecture she attended where Margaret Mead was speaking. She was so inspired that she told her husband that one day she wanted to go to another country and do work like Margaret Mead had done. He reminded her that she did not have to leave the United States to serve people, as there were so many here in our own country that needed serving. He was right!

So, as a member of the Irving Salvation Army council and now The Alliance board, she has found her Margaret Mead service right here in Irving, TX.

Jerry Angelilli is a retired Engineering Manager with ChemAqua, Inc. a water treatment company specializing in Boiler, Cooling, and Wastewater systems. He brings 47 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and institutional markets. He has held a variety of positions in the areas of management, sales, in plant customer service, and technical support. Jerry’s expertise in this specialized field of the chemical industry allowed him to participate in tactical teams involved with the disinfection of major hospital water systems throughout the United States. His participation in the development of a ground breaking environmentally safe method of disinfecting underground water applications in the Oil and Gas exploration business resulted in the award of two U.S. patents. His technical trade articles assisted a team of attorneys to win a landmark case regarding a fatal incidence of Legionnaires disease. He has worked with various organizations in the industry such as, The Association of Water Technologies (AWT) where he served as Chairman of their Technical Boiler subcommittee, The Cooling Technology Institute (CTI), The International District Energy Association (IDEA,) the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), and The International Water Conference (IWC).

Jerry has always maintained a commitment to the service of people over material things. He and his spouse, Linda, have raised three children through college and post graduate studies to be responsible and productive members of society. They are the proud grandparents of four grandchildren. His priorities have been God first, Family, Country and then career. Jerry served as both a Deacon and Elder in his church in Pennsylvania before moving to Texas. He and Linda are currently active at Irving Bible Church. He is serving as Chairman of the Crisis Ministries Board of Directors, in addition to his new board position with The Alliance. He is the President of his HOA and enjoys hobbies of music (drums), fishing, traveling, and golfing (on occasion).
